eMark Beauty Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and must be resellable. All returns should be shipped to:

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. eMark Beauty does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. To ensure proper processing, buyers must provide a valid return tracking number to the seller.

eMark Beauty’s return policy is clearly stated on all Amazon product listings. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the return policy prior to purchase. In accordance with Amazon's guidelines, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied at the seller’s discretion.

eMark Beauty USA Warranty: All of eMark Beauty Products come with a One-Warranty. The warranty does not cover accessories including but not limited to glass items. Buyer must contact eMark Beauty USA Customer Service at (940) 464-3805 for assistance before sending in for repair. eMark will try to REPAIR the item first and if the item can not be repaired, we will REPLACE (once) with the same item. Customer is responsible for shipping item to eMark BEauty USA for repair. After Repair is complete, eMark will pay for shipping the item back to the Customer. Warrenties are not transferable and can be void by Seller at anytime.
